To become a community of believers who represent a "Ray of Hope" to our  congregation, surrounding neighborhood and beyond.  Saint Paul is a safe  haven and equipping station where each person who enters our doors can  experience God and His transforming power in their lives and in their  relationships with others.  Saint Paul is a place where teaching the Word of  God is central and made relevant to spiritually equip, mature and empower  people to represent Christ as a lifestyle through exercising their own calling and  giftedness.
