To become a community of believers who represent a "Ray of Hope" to our congregation, surrounding neighborhood and beyond. Saint Paul is a safe  haven and equipping station where each person who enters our doors can  experience God and His transforming power their lives and in their  relationships with others.  Saint Paul is a place where teaching the Word of  God is central and made relevant to spiritually equip, mature and empower  people to represent Christ as a lifestyle through exercising their own calling and  giftedness.
