God’s Anointed New Generation Mimes Ministry
This ministry seeks to “reflect an illusion of what we are through God’s word and song and praise.” The members of this ministry travel frequently to various engagements.
God’s Little Lamb Nursery Ministry
This ministry provides Christian child care during worship services and Wednesday night Bible study.
King of Kings Drill Team Ministry
This ministry teaches our youth synchronized and syncopated movements. Members of this ministry participate in parades as well as local and national competition.
Junior Men’s Fellowship
This ministry is for all boys ages 6—18 years. The goal of this ministry is “to develop positive values, high self-esteem and a philosophy of nurturing young men to reach their full potential as successful members of our church and community.” The five major thrusts of the Junior Men’s Fellowship are Spiritual Education, Bible Study, Boy Scouting, Youth Church and Character Building activities.
LaCharm
This ministry focuses on training young ladies in hygiene, character, manners, conduct and self-respect. In this ministry girls are trained to make good Christian decisions at home, school and church.
Scouts Ministry
The Boy, Cub and Girl Scouts ministry prepare our youth to be successful adults by providing them opportunities to grow physically, mentally and spiritually.
Shekinah Glory Dancers
This ministry allows our youth to express God’s Word through dance and movement. The dance group occasionally participates in
Junior Worship and local and national competition.
Youth Council
This ministry consists of one youth from each youth organization. The council provides feedback to the Youth Minister about the overall ministry and assists with making decisions that effect the ministry.
Youth Mass Choir
This choir is open to all youth ages 5-18. The youth are trained in voice and tone quality. The choir provides music during Junior Worship service and during Youth Day (each fifth Sunday).
Youth Praise Team
The choir provides music during worship services and open to teens age 14 and above.
Youth Missionaries
This ministry gives youth the opportunity to do mission work in the community. The youth study from “The Missionary Helper” and participate on the local, associational, district and state levels with other youth missionary groups.
Youth Sports Ministry
This ministry focuses on sportsmanship and Christian values through sports. Team and character building are strongly emphasized. Youth are recruited for the church’s basketball, baseball and football teams.
Youth Ushers
The ushers greet, escort and assist with receiving the tithes and offerings during regular and Junior worship services. Youth ushers should be at least 9 years old to participate.
